Berkhamsted was T2S' first appintment and we visited site to see how works were progressing and answer some contractor queries. We were deloighted to find that our logo was proudly presented on the site hoarding next to the client marketing and branding.

Planning consent awarded at High Street Berkhamsted. T2S sought design amendments for an inherited planning consent for 4 residential properties. This was T2S' first engagement and involves the refurbishment and extension of an existing building in a traditional Architectural style, with an additional modern extension, accommodating 4 apartments in total. T2S inherited a historic planning consent and sought enhancements to the design in recognition of the sites beautiful surroundings.
