Works are progressing well at Avenue Heights. T2S visited the site today to attend the Design Team Meeting and review works generally. Works should be finished mid 2023. We will keep posting images as the works progress.

Planning consent awarded at High Street Berkhamsted. T2S sought design amendments for an inherited planning consent for 4 residential properties. This was T2S' first engagement and involves the refurbishment and extension of an existing building in a traditional Architectural style, with an additional modern extension, accommodating 4 apartments in total. T2S inherited a historic planning consent and sought enhancements to the design in recognition of the sites beautiful surroundings.
