Victoria Road is another example of our on going relationship with the client Klara Homes. Following detailed discussions with the Local Authority, the proposals developed to accommodate 15 residential apartments and 800ft2 of commercial floor area.
T2S are working with their long term client Morgans Management Limited on delivering this fantastic development in Friern Park, North London. Planning was sought with the Local Authroity for 21 apartments within a detached 4 storey building by T2S' Founding Director on behalf of 21st Architecture Ltd.
The project brief was to extend a existing linear residential block on the edge of Crouch End, North London. As the design developed the client extended the works to demolish and rebuild the linear block to improve the quality of the apartments whilst maintaining the contemporary Architectural style.
The client wanted to develop an old Ice Cream factory in Chalk Farm, North London. The site faces Chalk Farm Road and Crogsland Road, opposite Chalk Farm Tube Station, with the Enterprise Public House on the corner completing the block. The development accommodates 19 residential apartments and 20000ft2 of commercial space over Ground Floor and Basement level.
Cylde Street Hotel is a 19 storey tower on the River Clyde in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. Once completed, the building will accommodate 290 Hotel Rooms for Virgin Hotels, Virgin's first Hotel in the UK. A High quality restaurant / bar will be created on the Ground Floor, with a Whiskey bar housed to the rear facing Fox Street.
Gloucester Avenue is a complex collection of buildings configured in a courtyard arrangement in North London. The site sits in the heart of the Primrose Hill conservation area and straddles the North Western Trainline into Euston Station. Once planning consent was sought, the works were constructed on-site to deliver 39 residential apartments, 1 detached house, and just over 8000 sqft of Commercial B1(a) floor space.
