We visited the Avenue Heights development in Crouch End, North London, for the 8th Design team meeting. The meeting and walk around site was organised and led by Design and Build lead contractor Myco Contracts Limited.
Works are due to be completed in the middle of 2023 realising 17 apartments. T2S will continue to update everyone as the works develop.

Planning consent awarded at High Street Berkhamsted. T2S sought design amendments for an inherited planning consent for 4 residential properties. This was T2S' first engagement and involves the refurbishment and extension of an existing building in a traditional Architectural style, with an additional modern extension, accommodating 4 apartments in total. T2S inherited a historic planning consent and sought enhancements to the design in recognition of the sites beautiful surroundings.
