The Berkhamsted project, which was T2S' first formal engagement, has been completed and captured in a series of beautiful photographs taken by the Photgrapher Marcus Quigley. This is the first phase, which has been relased to market, and represents the 2 apartments within the reconfigured existing building which was a dentist surgery.
T2S hope to visit site in the next month to record the completion of the final phase; 2 new duplex apartments within a new build extension block. Our photographer, Marcus Quigley, will again produce beautifully shot images of this fantastic project.

Planning consent awarded at High Street Berkhamsted. T2S sought design amendments for an inherited planning consent for 4 residential properties. This was T2S' first engagement and involves the refurbishment and extension of an existing building in a traditional Architectural style, with an additional modern extension, accommodating 4 apartments in total. T2S inherited a historic planning consent and sought enhancements to the design in recognition of the sites beautiful surroundings.
