Mariana holds a bachelor's degree in management and a master's degree in accountancy from the University of Bucharest, and will be assuming a broad range of responsibilities, including helping to manage our payroll and accounts.

Two weeks into her role, Mariana has hit the ground running. She's digging into the intricacies of UK accounting whilst building her understanding of the architectural sector and learning all about our clients and projects. Her previous experience in HR and recruitment at a construction firm has given her a head start on understanding the sector.
