T2S has decided to move offices so we can plan and grow for the future. Our new home is the Leather Market, a courtyard complex of historic buildings which have been recently refurbished in a modern and contemporary manner.

Planning consent awarded at High Street Berkhamsted. T2S sought design amendments for an inherited planning consent for 4 residential properties. This was T2S' first engagement and involves the refurbishment and extension of an existing building in a traditional Architectural style, with an additional modern extension, accommodating 4 apartments in total. T2S inherited a historic planning consent and sought enhancements to the design in recognition of the sites beautiful surroundings.
