T2S are acting as Contract Administrator for the works under a JCT Traditional contract, monitoring the works to completion expected to be early next year.

The excavation works at the rear, to create the ‘L’ shaped extension, are well under way. We love working on schemes of this nature, particularly at this stage where the building is stripped back and ‘cut and carved’ exposing its structure and history.
