Following planning refusal for the works earlier this year, T2S have been reengaged to prepare an amended scheme which the team hopes deals with all the planners concerns and delivers a positive outcome.

A pre-application was sought for the new design strategy which was postively recieved. T2S will keep everyone updated on how the application progresses.

As part of this redesign, T2S had to reassess the Architectural design and language based on the slightly different massing. Due to the complex shape, a more simply language is sought in an attempt to highlight the solidity of the building. This is emphasised through the choice of materials and detailing.
