Designed by T2S Architecture Ltd on behalf of Klara Ascot Limited, the scheme will transform the existing Ascot House building through a sensitive 1.5-storey extension to deliver 10 new high-quality residential units (2 x 1-bed and 8 x 2-bed apartments).

This design-led proposal enhances the site’s architectural character, takes inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright’s Robie House, and contributes to Wokingham’s growing townscape while maintaining the area’s green, residential feel.....
