Works involve the delivery of 33 residential units and circa 5,000ft2 of commercial ground floor space on a constrained site in South London.

The structural frame has too shape, with the concrete deck being cast over the next 6 weeks.

We have enclosed a CGI of the shared landscaped space to show you all the end result. A further post will be forthcoming in the next few months with works due to complete in Feb 2027.
