Deeksha joined T2S Architecture in 2025 as a Part II Architectural Assistant. She is a University of Nottingham Alumna, where she was the President of the Student's Union Architecture society and amongst top 10 students to win the Vice-Chancellor’s medal for Exceptional Achievement.

She has previously worked on a mix of education, community and heritage projects across England, specialising in creative re-use. Since joining, she continues to develop her skills, working on key projects such as Dalston, Wellington and Tooting.
