Neringa graduated from the CASS (LMU) before completing her Master's degree at London Metropolitan University, where her work was widely featured in the university's publications.

Prior to joining the practice, she worked on a diverse range of public and private projects across London, Lincolnshire, and internationally. Before studying architecture, Neringa studied Interior Architecture in Vilnius, Lithuania, which continues to influence her design approach and attention to detail.
