We’re pleased to be progressing the Mitcham Road development into Stage 4, with T2S Architecture Ltd leading the technical design and coordination.

The approved scheme at 206–208 Mitcham Road and 2A Stella Road, SW17 will deliver 28 new homes alongside commercial space, bringing forward a considered mixed-use development on this prominent corner site.

Working on behalf of our client Concept Group UK , we’re now focused on translating the approved design into a coordinated, buildable technical package, developing the architectural detailing and working closely with the wider consultant team to resolve key interfaces, materials and construction requirements.
