T2S are developing designs for this light industrial site on Lee High Road in the London Borough of Lewisham.

Numerous pre-applications have taken place to understand the local authorities demands for the site. The current concept includes commercial space on ground floor, providing the active frontage the local authority require, with 27 residential apartments above.

The local authority were keen for the design not to look like a large object, preferring a more traditional facade using a historic hierachy which is prevalent on the High Street.

​

This involves an active street front, a formal vertical rythym, with a subservient set back roof.

We hope to present further detailed designs before the end of the year.
