    Our client sought advice from T2S to assist them to unlock this constrained site in South London. Several planning applications had been submitted and withdrawn for a pure residential development.

    A second pre-appication has been engaged for a mixed use development with a Banquetin Hall on ground floor and circa 15 residential units on the upper floors.
